In 1989, Jirina's Bakery opened its doors to the Kitchener-Waterloo area and has been in the same location since. Jirina first started the bakery on her own, producing delicious cakes and baked goods. In 1990, Jirina's eldest son, Milan, finished his studies and decided to join in on the family business as a cake designer and baker. Today, Jirina and Milan run the bakery together, taking care of all orders and delivery. They are completely hands-on with the business and see the entire cake order from beginning to end.
